It seems that Noynoy really loves to take his time during his cigarette breaks. At Cory’s memorial service, Manila Archbishop Gaudencio Cardinal Rosales would not start the mass because he wanted to wait for Noynoy. Apparently, the Pope had sent a letter of condolence and the Cardinal wanted to present it to Noynoy. He was baffled at Ninoy’s absence seeing the young Aquino just minutes earlier. Ninoy was eventually found just outside the cathedral taking a cigarette break with his buddies. After being told that the Cardinal was looking for him and that there was a letter from none other than the Pope to be given to him, he simply said, ““I was inside earlier and nobody was giving any letter. Just let me know when it’s really time to receive it.” He then continued puffing away. Just wow.
